Editor’s note: The following information comes from official police and sheriff’s department incident reports. Arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.
Nov. 9: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle suspected of following a patrol vehicle too closely. They cited Alonso Carrillo Rodriguez, 22, of Glenwood Springs, with of DUI and following too closely.
Nov. 9: DUI ” Police pulled over a vehicle suspected of weaving and driving at inconsistent speeds. They arrested Javier Alejandro Lopez Munoz, 36, of Glenwood Springs, on suspicion of DUI, failure to provide proof of insurance, weaving and driving without a valid license.
Nov. 8: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle suspected of weaving and driving without a working taillight. They cited Paul Michael Gutknecht, 30, of Rifle, on suspicion of DUI and a defective tail light violation.
Nov. 8: Fighting ” Police responded to a report of a fight at the Oasis Restaurant. They cited Cris Anthony Treviso, 23, of Glenwood Springs, with fighting.
Nov. 7: Restraining order ” Police responded to a report of a violation of a restraining order and cited Randy Scott Rabidue, 19, of Silt, with the crime.
Nov. 2: Fight ” Police responded to a fight at the Roxie. Police say one man was fighting with security and a witness said another tried to choke a security guard. They arrested Joshua Paul Dixon, 30, on suspicion of DUI and disorderly conduct. Matthew John Dixon, 26, was arrested on suspicion of assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nov. 1: DUI ” Police contacted an unresponsive man sitting in the driver’s seat of his vehicle. They arrested Jonathan Quino Ixtepan, 23, of Glenwood Springs, on suspicion of DUI, careless driving and driving without a valid license.
Nov. 1: Fighting ” Police responded to a fight at the Roxie in the early hours of the morning. They cited Nicholas Eugene Hoffmeister, 27, of Glenwood Springs, with fighting. Bryan Keith McConnell, 26, of Aspen, was cited with criminal mischief and assault.
Oct. 30: Animal cruelty ” Police cited Wes Wright, 31, of New Castle, with an animal cruelty violation.
Oct. 27: Harassment ” Police investigated a report of a disturbance call involving an adult and a juvenile. They cited William Allen Dinkel, 40, of Glenwood Springs, with harassment and bias motivated crimes ” intimidation.
Nov. 9: Harassment ” Deputies investigated a report of a disturbance near Battlement Mesa. They say an intoxicated man was harassing his family and refusing to leave the home. Deputies arrested Jeremy Lee Burdick, 19, on suspicion of resisting arrest, harassment, criminal mischief and trespassing.
Nov. 9: Identity theft ” Deputies stopped a vehicle suspected of weaving and driving very slowly. They allegedly found multiple ID cards and social security cards with different names and numbers. Deputies arrested Milton Orlando Delcid, 36, of Silt, on suspicion of possession of a forged instrument, criminal impersonation, identity theft, failure to drive in a single lane, weaving and DUI.
Nov. 4: Narcotics ” Deputies stopped a vehicle near Glenwood Springs. They arrested Lorie Denise Sheader, 46, of Grand Junction, on suspicion of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, driving with a license under restraint and other charges. Kelly Marvin Reynolds, 47, of Clifton, was arrested on suspicion of an outstanding warrant, methamphetamine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Oct. 29: Warrant ” Deputies responded to the Garfield County Jail for a man who wanted to turn himself in on an arrest warrant. They arrested Charles Arther Berry, 24, of Basalt, on a warrant for failure to appear in a case with a charge of providing alcohol to a minor.
Oct. 29: Criminal mischief ” Deputies responded to a residence in Parachute where a man was reportedly damaging the place. They cited Brent Braspenninx, 25, of Parachute, with criminal mischief and criminal tampering.
Nov. 2: Domestic violence ” Police investigated a report of a burglary on Coal Mine Avenue. A woman said Jean Claude Crescionne Jr., 37, of Rifle, stole her house key and took some items from her house without permission. Police arrested Crescionne on suspicion of criminal trespass, theft and domestic violence.
Oct. 30: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle suspected of driving erratically. They arrested Jahir Lopez, 29, on suspicion of DUI, driving without a license and weaving.
Oct. 29: Dog bite ” Police cited James King, with a dog running at large violation after investigating a report of a dog that bit a child and caused minor injuries.
Oct. 26: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle suspected of a headlight violation. They arrested Christopher Davis, 30, of Fruita, on suspicion of DUI and traffic violations.
Oct. 24: Toxic vapors ” Police responded to the 200 block of East Third Street for a reported drug violation. They arrested Mark Anton, 49, on suspicion of reckless endangerment and abusing toxic vapors.
