Nov. 28: Shoplifting ” Police took a call about a shoplifter in custody at Target. They arrested Victor Bulmaro Avendano Lopez, 21, of Carbondale, on suspicion of petty theft and false reporting to authorities.
Nov. 29: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle suspected of driving erratically. They arrested Ivan J Ramirez Quezada, 20, on suspicion of DUI, careless driving and underage possession or consumption of alcohol.
Nov. 29: Cocaine ” Police responded to a report of a drug violation at the Oasis Restaurant. They arrested Oscar Zarate Mendez, 23, of Parachute, on suspicion of cocaine possession and menacing.
Nov. 26: Warrant ” Gerardo Pena Carmona, 22, of Glenwood Springs, turned himself in on two arrest warrants for failure to appear in a traffic case.
Nov. 25: Assault ” Police investigated a report of domestic violence. They arrested Michael Keith Winkler, 49, of Glenwood Springs, on suspicion of assault and obstruction of telephone service.
Nov. 25: Warrant ” Police contacted a man at the courthouse thought to have an active arrest warrant. Police confirmed there was a warrant for failure to appear and arrested Jose Magdaleno Vargas Medina, 35, of Glenwood Springs.
Nov. 24: Warrant ” Police responded to the courthouse for a report of a person believed to have an active arrest warrant. They verified the existence of the warrant for failure to appear in a false reporting case and arrested Ricardo Rodriguez Ponce, 18, of Glenwood Springs.
Dec. 1: Domestic violence ” Police responded to a report of a disturbance. They arrested Tiffany Sage Cook, 23, of Rifle, on suspicion of criminal mischief and domestic violence.
Dec. 1: Burglary ” Police took a report of a burglary at a business. The case is under investigation.
Dec. 1: Vehicle theft ” Police answered a report of a stolen vehicle. It was found in Mesa County. Police arrested Ezequiel Medrano, 19, and a 16-year-old on suspicion of motor vehicle theft.
Nov. 28: DUI ” Police stopped a vehicle suspected of driving erratically. They arrested Ryan Neil Courter on suspicion of DUI, failure to provide proof of insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a protection order.
Nov. 28: Harassment ” Police investigated a report of domestic violence. They arrested Manuel Archuleta, 20, and his 17-year-old girlfriend on suspicion of harassment, child abuse and domestic violence.
Nov. 27: Assault ” Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. They arrested John Bolles, 59, on suspicion of assault.
