On Feb. 7, Glenwood Springs police arrested Michael V. Gaidies, 26, of Castle Rock on suspicion of drunken driving, changing lanes when unsafe and speeding. -On Feb. 8, Glenwood Springs police took a report that a couple was assaulted while walking along the 700 block of Cooper Avenue. They didn’t know who assaulted them. -On Feb. 8, Glenwood Springs police reportedly saw a vehicle weaving in its lane. The driver, Oscar Marquez-Nunez, 27, of Glenwood Springs was cited for suspicion of drunken driving, weaving and no proof of insurance. -On Feb. 8, Glenwood Springs pulled over a driver for no headlights. Michael A. Paxton, 49, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, offenses related to marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with no headlights and restricted license.
