On March 17, Glenwood Springs arrested Alfonso Herrera-Perez, 20, of New Castle on suspicion of drunken driving, driving without a license, failure to signal a turn and underage drinking. -On March 17, Glenwood Springs police arrested Louis D. Larubio, 46, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of drunken driving, DUI per se and unsafe U-turn.-On March 24, Rifle police took a report of a burglary at Jon’s Liquors on 2nd Street. The door window was broken with a rock and liquor was taken from the store. -On March 27, Glenwood Springs police arrested Randy A. Fox, 19, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of underage drinking and drunken driving. -On March 23, Glenwood Springs police arrested Rick Aaron Butkiewicz, 27, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of phone harassment. -On March 23, Glenwood Springs police arrested James C. Mors, 27, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of drunken driving, DUI per se, no proof of insurance, driving under restraint and driving without headlights. -On March 23, Glenwood Springs police arrested four people at the Oasis Bar and Grill for suspicion of fighting. Blanca Maria Jaramillo, 18; Janet Vanessa Gonzalez, 18, of Glenwood Springs; Maria Mendoza, 25, of Carbondale; and Delia Mendez, 27, of Carbondale were arrested.-On March 23, Glenwood Springs police arrested Crystal C. Hamilton, 22, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of speeding and drunken driving.
