On May 17, Merrill Brandon, 47, of Parachute was arrested by Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies for suspicion of drunken driving and no brake lights. -On May 17, Garfield County Sheriff deputies arrested Mark M. Nieto, 23, of Denver on suspicion of false reporting, driving without a license and speeding and cited Jesse S. Nieto on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia. -On May 18, Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies arrested James E. Griffin, 21, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of drunken driving, reckless driving, vehicular eluding, underage drinking, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, no proof of insurance and first-degree criminal trespass. -On May 18, Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua D. Bollman, 26, of Northglenn on suspicion of driving while license revoked and on a warrant. -On May 18, Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jorge A. Delgado-Castillo, 24, on suspicion of drunken driving and driving without a license. -On May 19, Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Martin O. Pinon-Ruiz, 29, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of drunken driving and DUI per se. -On May 16, Rifle police arrested Billy Joe Thomas, 25, of Rifle on suspicion of drunken driving, DUI per se, careless driving and violation of bail bond conditions. -On May 16, Rifle police arrested Kevin Hofferbert, 43, of Carbondale on suspicion of drunken driving. -On May 17, Rifle police arrested Francisco Guzman Lopez, 26, of Gypsum on suspicion of drunken driving. -On May 20, Rifle police arrested David Wood, 47, of Michigan on suspicion of criminal attempt of sexual assault, harassment and domestic violence.
