Arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven or otherwise pleading guilty in court.)-On June 14, Glenwood Springs police arrested Rigoberto Rascon-Rascon, 33, of Avon on suspicion of drunken driving, DUI per se, speeding, failure to use signal, no proof of insurance and driving without a license. -On June 15, Glenwood Springs police pulled over a driver for allegedly weaving. Officers reportedly noticed signs of intoxication on the driver, Carey D. York, 21, of Indianapolis, and arrested him on suspicion of drunken driving, DUI per se and weaving. -On June 15, Glenwood Springs police arrested what they reported to be an “irate and highly-intoxicated individual” who was yelling profanity at the bouncer of Club Roxie. Tommaso Gallicchio, 24, of Silt was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct. -On June 17, Rifle police arrested Wade Mortensen, 41, of Rifle on suspicion of drunken driving and DUI per se.
