Arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven or otherwise pleading guilty in court.)-On July 7, Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tracy Alan Sproule, 40, of Rifle in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident. Sproule was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief, false imprisonment, harassment and obstruction of telephone or telegram service.
