ROADLESS RULE: An article Thursday misrepresented the Bush administration’s actions regarding a Clinton administration rule to protect roadless areas on federal lands. Bush’s proposal to replace the Clinton rule with one of its own has yet to be implemented. The Clinton rule was struck down by a federal court in Wyoming but the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals is due to decide on its status.
