Glenwood Springs, CO Colorado

A story about the arrests of burglary suspects in Saturday’s Post Independent mischaracterized a statement about punishment for juveniles, making an incorrect reference to the Department of Corrections. Deputy District Attorney Tony Hershey, who handles juvenile cases, said the most someone can be sentenced to as a juvenile is two years in the Division of Youth Corrections.
