RFTATAX: A story in Tuesday’s paper reported that Garfield County Commissioners agreed to include a question on the November ballot asking voters in unincorporated Garfield County to decide if the county should join the Roaring Fork Transit Authority. Although commissioners had asked RFTA to include a provision that would require all money coming from the county to stay in the county, that provision was not included in the ballot question, according to Garfield County Commissioner Trési Houpt.
