• In Friday’s Colorado Animal Rescue story on Hurricane Katrina pet evacuees, the name of the person who brought 11 cats from Hattiesburg, Miss., to CARE was incorrectly reported. Kathy Miller transported the cats to CARE.• The first name of Katherine Steers was omitted from Friday’s story on an alleged poaching case. Steers is no longer with the 9th Judicial District. She resigned in August and then filed an ethics complaint against the district attorney’s office with the state Supreme Court.
