Courtney Mae Bovee

Courtney Mae Bovee of Glenwood Springs, died Sunday Sept. 8, 2002, at her home. She was 15.

Miss Bovee was born Aug. 14, 1987, in Los Angeles, Calif. She moved to Colorado in 1994 and attended Glenwood High School.

She was an active member of Mountain View Baptist Church.

Although she was afflicted with cerebral palsy, she had a perpetually happy personality and was loved by all who knew her.

She is survived by her mother, Susan Bovee of Las Vegas, Nev.; by maternal grandmother Jan Westbrook of Las Vegas, Nev.; by paternal grandmother Doris Hunt of Glenwood Springs; by paternal grandfather Roy Bovee of Lansing, Mich.; and by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, at Mountain View Baptist Church south of Glenwood Springs.
