Garfield County Crime Stoppers and the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office are looking for information leading to the arrest in a case of stolen solar panels near Parachute.
The Sheriff’s Office has responded to three separate calls of solar panels being stolen from multiple well pads located off of Highway 6 outside of Parachute.
Since then, a total of more than 30 panels have been reported stolen in the area between Parachute and Rifle.
The Sheriff’s Office and Garfield County Crime Stoppers asks that anyone with information regarding these incidents contact the Garfield County Crime Stoppers at (970) 945-0101.
Callers can remain anonymous and could earn up to $1,000.
