David Bowater

David Bowater, 62, passed away January 22, 2010 at his home in Rifle.
He spent four years in the Navy and another four in the Coast guard, and recently retired from Shoshone Power Plant. He previously volunteered for many years with the Big Brothers Program.
He is survived by his sister Geraldine and brothers Daniel, Robert and George.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Big Brothers, Big Sisters Foundation.
