Dolores J. Huebinger

Dolores J. Huebinger was born March 26, 1935, in Columbus, Ohio. She passed away on May 24, 2009, in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. Dolores is survived by her husband of 56 years, John; four daughters, Sheryl Huebinger of Grand Junction, Stacy (Dan) Mortensen of Glenwood Springs, Sonya (Rick) Doyal of Rifle, and Shawn (Mike) McElveen of Steilacoom, Wash; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her only son, John Huebinger III.Dolores loved the game of golf, snow skiing, dancing, flowers and gardening. She was one of the most graceful and talented swimmers that ever hit the water. She was often referred to as the local Ester Williams. Dolores and John moved to Lake Havasu in October 2008 after living in Vail, Aspen and Glenwood Springs for 47 years. Dolores was loved and adored by her husband and children.After cremation, services will be held in Colorado in June with final resting place in Aspen.
