Don’t let your carget skunked byhighway striping

Colorado Department of Transportation crews will stripe sections of Highway 82, Highway 6 and Interstate 70 starting Wednesday. The crew will work between the hours of 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. to limit inconveniences to drivers. The striping truck will pull over every 15 minutes to allow cars that are on the road to pass, however, back-ups will still occur. Drivers will be advised of the paint by traffic cones, as crossing over the fresh paint will create lasting damage to their vehicles.
