The nonprofit Roaring Fork Family Resource Centers will offer free, one-night parenting workshops each month throughout the school year, in Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs.

Each month the workshops will explore a new topic. The November workshop is titled “Taming Power Struggles.”

Sean Jeung, Vickie Falcone, and Charla Belinski are the workshop leaders. The workshops include a blend of meaningful illustrations, practical solutions and humorous insights into the challenges of being a parent today.

Workshop dates are Nov. 8-10. Tuesday classes are held at Basalt Middle School Library, Wednesday classes at Roaring Fork High School Library in Carbondale, and Thursday classes at Glenwood Springs Elementary School Library. The classes run from 6:30-8 p.m.

Registration for these classes is not required. Please register for free child care.
