GRAND JUNCTION – The Grand Junction Energy Task Force will host a free Energy Forum and Expo ’06 Friday, Feb. 24, at Two Rivers Convention Center in Grand Junction. The forum will feature speakers and vendors involved with energy and related businesses. Educational sessions covering current energy needs, industry activity, new technology and groundbreaking research will be held throughout the day beginning at 8 a.m.Energy-related businesses will have vendor booths on display and many will be looking to speak with prospective employees.Host sponsored are Associated Governments of Northwest Colorado, the Business Incubation Center, Club 20, Colorado Mountain College, Colorado School of Mines, the Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce, Mesa State College, Riverview Technology Corp, and School District 51.
