Stuart Kirk with Tom Rowan’s Window Man, took advantage of the mild late October conditions in the Roaring Fork Valley to wash the second story windows of the Kamm-Dever Building at Eighth Street and Grand Avenue Monday in Glenwood Springs. Built in 1884 by Henry R. Kamm, the stucco-covered brick structure was designated a city historical landmark in 2015.
