The Glenwood Locals will try to pull even with the Denver Broncos Saturday night in their second basketball meeting.Yes, basketball.A group of Glenwood Springs basketball players takes on a Denver Broncos alumni team for the second straight year at the Chavez-Spencer Gym at 7 p.m. Saturday at Glenwood Springs High School.The Broncos took their first meeting last season, but the event really has very little to do with winning and losing. No one is too serious about it, said Darrell Stanley, the Glenwood Springs Lions Club co-chairman for the event.What the Lions Club is serious about is raising money for a new mini-microscopic video camera for eye surgery at Valley View Hospital. Stanley said a check for the camera will be presented at halftime on Saturday.
