Forest ‘Frosty’ Cooper

Forest “Frosty” Cooper, 88, of Rifle passed away Nov. 26, 2011.

Frosty was born Dec. 13, 1922 in Ludell, Kan. He proudly served his country in WWII by joining the Army.

Frosty was preceded in death by his parents; one sister; five brothers; and son-in-law Bill Bayne.



He leaves behind his son Forrest Cooper; daughters Nancy Bayne, Bobbie Cook and Debbie Koontz; brothers Boyd and Oral Cooper; sisters Betty Clark and Opal Dawes; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
