Editor’s note: The Garfield County Sheriff’s Department reports the following incidents and arrests. Summonses or arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.

Court-order violation: At 7:45 p.m. on March 13, deputies responded to a report of a protective-order violation in the New Castle area. After investigating, they arrested David Adolphson, 54, of New Castle, and took him back to jail.

DUI, etc.: At 8:07 p.m. on March 13, deputies responded to a “suspicious incident” on Traver Trail near Glenwood Springs. After investigating, the deputies ticketed Fidel Hernandez-Herrera, 36, of Glenwood Springs for driving without a valid driver’s license. They also arrested and jailed Samantha Renee Reynolds, 20, of Glenwood Springs, on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor, driving a vehicle while her license was under restraint, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
