GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colorado – A Glenwood Springs man was charged with sexually assaulting an underage girl in Garfield County District Court on Wednesday.

Thomas Dean Pillow, 22, was charged with felony counts of sexual assault on a child by a person in position of trust – pattern of abuse, and sexual assault on a child less than 15 years old.

Pillow was arrested on March 30 by Glenwood Springs Police, after the victim reportedly told her mother about an incident involving the defendant.

The victim reported that Pillow crawled into her bed, naked, and made her touch him inappropriately.

Pillow is currently in the military, according to court records, but it was unclear which branch of the military and his status.

Pillow is currently being held at the Garfield County Jail on $75,000 bond. He is due back in court in May.
