Glenwood Photography releases copyrights

Cee Bearden

Dear Editor,

I was so sorry to hear that some of my dearest friends and clients had lost their homes and every other material thing they owned. I assume that means you also lost the photographs that I did for you. I cannot replace these, but I can give you my permission to copy the prints that other friends and family members were given.

Since I am no longer doing photography in this area, and because negatives are no longer available, and because I love you all and Glenwood Springs, Colorado, so much, I hereby release and relinquish all of my copyright ownership for all photography done by Glenwood Photography.

Take this letter with your prints to any photo lab. They should reproduce any quantities and numbers and sizes.

Thank you, again, for the years of love and laughter. I will remember you always in my heart and in my prayers. I am so grateful you are still in this world.

Sincerely,

Cee Bearden,

owner
