Glenwood Springs Police Report

Editor’s note: The Glenwood Springs Police Department reports the following incidents and arrests. Summonses or arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.

Warrant arrest: At 3:25 p.m. on Aug. 16, police contacted a vehicle for a traffic violation and discovered that a passenger in the vehicle had a Glenwood Springs warrant for her arrest. Ines Carmen Muro, 43, of Glenwood Springs, was cited for failure to appear.

Theft by receiving: At 7:17 p.m. on Aug. 18, police were called to a store in the 51600 block of Highway 6 where a man had some property that was stolen. Tommie Lee Jacobs, 21, of New Castle, was arrested and booked at the county jail for theft by receiving.

Harassment: At 7:40 p.m. on Aug. 18, police responded to a disturbance in at a residence in the 1100 block of Hollybrook Lane. Ricardo Camacho, 19, of Glenwood Springs, was arrested and lodged in Garfield County Jail for harassment and domestic violence.
