Editor’s note: The Glenwood Springs Police Department reports the following incidents and arrests. Summonses or arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.
Theft, trespass: At 1:44 a.m. on Aug. 21, police were dispatched to an in-progress trespass call occurring in a parking lot in the 1300 block of Pitkin Avenue. Officers investigated and found two men, Eli Daniel Foreman, 22, of Glenwood Springs, and Ricardo Felipe Dardynski, 22, of Silt, currently trespassing inside a vehicle and stealing items. The suspects allegedly caused approximately $25 worth of damage to the vehicle. Foreman was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, theft, criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dardynski was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief. Both were transported and lodged at the Garfield County Jail.
