Editor’s note: The Glenwood Springs Police Department reports the following incidents and arrests. Summonses or arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.

Warrant arrest: At 8:21 p.m. on Sept. 23, police were advised of a possible domestic incident at a residence in the 1500 block of Blake Avenue. Police contacted two people and determined that a crime had not occurred. However, Katrinia Anne Ivora, 35, of Glenwood Springs, was arrested for an active warrant and lodged at the Garfield County Jail.

Theft: At 9 a.m. on Sept. 24, dispatch aired a call of a cold theft of vehicle parts (valued at approximately $250) in the 600 block of Cowdin Drive. Police arrived on scene, contacted Robert Daniel Kitchens, 29, of Glenwood Springs, arrested him and lodged him at the Garfield County Jail on the theft.



Theft: At 10:29 a.m. on Sept. 26, dispatch aired a call of an employee theft at a department store in the 3000 block of Blake Avenue. Police arrived on scene and took a report, where two women had stolen $67.75 in miscellaneous merchandise. Elizabeth Lopez-Mesa, 21, of Glenwood Springs, and Martha Maria Jimenez, 26, of Glenwood Springs, were issued summonses for petty theft and released.
