Editor’s note: The Glenwood Springs Police Department reports the following incidents and arrests. Summonses or arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.

Underage drinking: Officers were called to a residence in the 1000 block of Pitkin Avenue at 11:50 p.m. on Nov. 16 on a noise complaint. They found several underage people drinking alcohol. The resident of the home, Breanna Kali Benson, 19, was arrested and booked at the county jail for contributing the delinquency of a minor and underage drinking. Another person at the party, John Adam Arcos, 21, of New Castle, was found to be drinking in violation of a court order and was also booked at the county jail.

Seven adults were cited for underage drinking: Alexander George Kates, 20, Daniel Haber Bradley, 20, Jordan Damon Scott Weeden, 19, Marcus T. Kates, 20, Michael Joseph Moreno, 19, all of Glenwood Springs, and William F. Draper, 18, of Carbondale. Police also cited three juveniles for underage drinking.

Underage drinking: Officers cited four Grand Junction residents who were found drinking at the Exit 116 hot pots at 10:22 p.m. on Nov. 17. Taylor Reed Grady, 23, and Cameron Mank, 24, were cited for providing alcohol to underage person. Rebecca Moore, 19, was cited for underage drinking, trespass, littering, and tampering with evidence, and Shayna Livingston, 18, was cited for underage drinking.
