Glenwood Springs Police Report
Editor’s note: The Glenwood Springs Police Department reports the following incidents and arrests. Summonses or arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.
Trespass, tampering: At 6:20 a.m. on Dec. 28, police were dispatched to a business in the 1000 block of Grand Avenue for report of an intoxicated woman. Police arrested Ronni Lin Granato, 29, of Glenwood Springs, for criminal mischief, with estimated property damages of $40, criminal tampering and trespass and booked her at the county jail.
Driving under the influence: At 1:22 a.m. on Dec. 29, police contacted a vehicle for speeding in the 1400 block of Grand Avenue. Robert Adrian Scurlock, 43, of New Castle, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding and booked at the Garfield County Jail.
Driving under the influence: At 2:01 a.m. on Dec. 29, police contacted a vehicle for driving infractions in the 2200 block of South Glen Avenue. Upon further investigation, Gregory Bernard Heavey, 22, of Carbondale, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence, no proof of insurance, speeding, failure to drive in a single lane and driving under revocation, and he was lodged at the Garfield County Jail.
