Glenwood Springs police report

Open container, littering: Officers saw a man walking with an open beer at 11th and Pitkin at 2 a.m. on June 19. The man threw the can into the yard of a residence, and was cited for open container and littering.

Violation of court order: Officers spotted a man urinating an a building along Grand Avenue at 2 a.m. on June 19. On contact, the man admitted he had been drinking, and was found to be under a court order barring him from drinking. Anthony Tyler Wolf, 30, of Glenwood Springs was lodged in the county jail for violation of the court protective order.

Criminal mischief: Officers were called to a residence in the 1600 block of Grand Avenue at 2:20 a.m. for a broken window. They arrested Benjamin Bret Peterson, 22, of Carbondale on suspicion of criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Officers responded to the 3000 block of Hagar Lane at 3:30 a.m. on June 19 on a report of a man knocking on windows. Shawn Robert Ealaha-Gauthier, 28, of Carbondale was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and given a verbal warning for trespassing.

Shoplifting: Officers were called to City Market at 3:30 p.m. on June 19 on a report of shoplifting. Joleen Adele Incze, 32, of Glenwood Springs was cited for theft of goods valued at $12.99.
