Glenwood Springs police report

Editor’s note: The Glenwood Springs Police Department reports the following incidents and arrests. Summonses or arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.

Trespass: Officers were called to a drunken man walking around the neighborhood of County Road 135 in West Glenwood at 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 14. They located the man passed out in a church parking lot. David Daniel Cain, 26, of Glenwood Springs, was arrested on suspicion of trespass and lodged at the county jail.

Underage drinking: Officers contacted a man drinking in a parking lot along Highway 6 in West Glenwood at 3:50 p.m. on Aug. 14. Otoniel Rodriguez, 18, of Milliken, was arrested on suspicion of underage drinking and violation of a restraining order.

Trespass: Officers observed a man trespassing at the Exit 116 hot pots at 7:24 p.m. on Aug. 14. Todd Chestnut, 53, of Glenwood Springs, was cited for trespass.

Trespass: Police observed three men at the Centennial hot pots west of Two Rivers Park at 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 14. Ben Stacey Hoffman, 23, of Carbondale, Michael A. Barret Jr., 27, of Carlsbad, N.M., and Michael Paul Groussman, 27, of Westminster, were cited for trespass.
