Glenwood Springs Police Report

Editor’s note: The Glenwood Springs Police Department reports the following incidents and arrests. Summonses or arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Police responded to a call from a residence in the 600 block of Overlin Drive at 11:40 p.m. on Aug. 25. On the scene, they discovered drug paraphernalia and arrested Jason Reuben Dale, 38, of Glenwood Springs on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Driving under the influence: Officers responded to a rollover accident in the 3000 block of South Midland Avenue at 1:35 a.m. on Aug. 26. The driver suffered minor injuries and appeared to be intoxicated. Jason Paul Hughes, 36, of Glenwood Springs was treated at Valley View Hospital and cited for driving under the influence and careless driving.
