Editor’s note: The Glenwood Springs Police Department reports the following incidents and arrests. Summonses or arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.
Harassment: Police were called to a domestic disturbance in the 700 block of 10th Street at 8 p.m. on Sept. 28. Morris Lee Andreatta, 33, of Glenwood Springs, was arrested on suspicion of harassment.
Harassment and tampering: Officers were called to Glenwood Springs High School at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 29 regarding a harassment and tampering incident. Sual Alejandro Duran-Chavez, 18, of Glenwood Springs, and two juvenile males were summoned for harassment and criminal tampering.
Shoplifting: Police were called to the Target store in Glenwood Meadows at 4:15 p.m. on Sept. 29 about $580 in stolen property. The officers contacted two women and found them to be in possession of the goods in question. Adriana Isabel Ledezma-Gonzalez, 25, and Ixel Lisset Ramos-Valois, 31, both of New Castle, were cited for petty theft.
Underage drinking: Officers were called to a loud party in the 2700 block of South Grand Avenue at 12:20 a.m. on Sept. 30. Jacob Cameron Bower, 18, of Glenwood Springs, was cited for underage drinking; Maggie Marie Molinari, age unknown, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia; and the resident received a warning for the noise.
Underage drinking: Police were called to a loud party at Seventh and Palmer at 11 p.m. on Sept. 30, where they cited nine people for underage drinking: Bernard Henry Heath III, 19, of Durango, Carissa Elizabeth Chaffee, 19, of Westminster, Claire Katherine Stauder, 19, of Weston, Landan Ernest Campbell, 19, of Frisco, Nicholas Bradley Jackson, 19, address unknown, and Ryan Smith, 18, Sage Poppy Higgins, 19, Shannon Nicole Morgan, 18, and Shelby Ann Kerklo, 19, all of Glenwood Springs. Christopher Gregory Anderson, 22, of Glenwood Springs was cited for a noise violation and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Christopher Lee Kimble, 25, of New Castle was arrested on a warrant.
Assault: Officers were called to a domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of Pitkin Avenue at 3:15 a.m. on Oct. 1. Aaron Byrd Mcpherson, 33, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of assault, criminal mischief and false imprisonment, and lodged at the county jail.
Disorderly conduct: Police responded to a disturbance at an apartment building in the 700 block of Blake Avenue at 5:20 p.m. on Oct. 1. Toby Ann Larson, 28, of Glenwood Springs was cited for disorderly conduct.
Open container: Police were called to the 100 block of Sixth Street at 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 1 on a report of men acting suspiciously. Andrew James Stanard, 28, of Brighton, and Michael Milton Parins, 24, of Greeley were cited for having open containers of alcohol.
