Editor’s note: The Glenwood Springs Police Department reports the following incidents and arrests. Summonses or arrests merely indicate an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless found guilty in court.

Trespass: Police responded to a bar in the 700 block of Grand Avenue at 7:29 p.m. on Feb. 5 for a report of a disturbance. Officers contacted two men and issued trespass warnings to them. A third man was not able to be contacted, but was told by staff of the bar not to return. A few minutes later the bar reported that one of the men had returned to the bar. Officers placed Joseph Carlos Christopher, 31, of Golden, under arrest for criminal trespass and lodged him at the Garfield County Jail.

Trespass: Police were dispatched to a fight at a bar in the 700 block of Grand Avenue at 11:15 p.m. on Feb. 5 resulting in two men being issued trespass warnings and being told to leave. A few minutes later, officers informed that the two men returned to the bar. Police issued a summons for trespass to Sean Thomas Finn, 29, of Glenwood Springs. Daniel Steven Cordova, 22, of Rifle, was cited for introducing contraband, and trespass and was lodged at the Garfield County Jail.
