Glenwood streetsweeping schedule

Beginning May 3, the city of Glenwood Springs regular street sweeping schedule is as follows. Please assist with keeping Glenwood clean, and try to find an alternative place to park when your street is scheduled for sweeping.

First three weeks of each month

Monday, 5-11 a.m. – Downtown commercial areas, Sixth Street to the mall. Grand Avenue from Sixth to 23rd St.



Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. – All streets on which homes face west and have even numbered addresses, which are School Street, Pitkin, Colorado, Cooper, Blake, Bennett, Palmer, Minter and Lincoln. All streets on which homes face north and also have even-numbered addresses which are Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, 10th, 11th, and 13th streets.

Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. – All streets on which homes face east and have odd-numbered addresses, which are, School Street, Pitkin, Colorado, Cooper, Blake, Bennett, Palmer, Minter and Lincoln. All streets that face south and have odd-numbered addresses, which are Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, 10th, 11th, and 13th Streets.



Thursday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Red Mountain areas, North Glenwood which is Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Laurel, Maple, Pine, Olive, Spring and Linden streets.

Friday, 5-11 a.m. – Downtown commercial areas, Glen Avenue, Grand Avenue, Midland Avenue, 14th Street to 26th Street, east of Grand Avenue including Blake.

Last week of each month

Monday, 5-11 a.m. – Downtown commercial areas, Sixth Street to the mall, Grand Avenue to 23rd Street

Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. – All streets in the South Park areas such as Park Drive, Virginia Road, Polo Road. All streets south of 23rd Street on South Grand such as Meadowlark and Bobolink, Sopris and 33rd streets.

Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. – All streets in the west Glenwood area such as Oasis Creek subdivision, Sunny Acres, Vista Drive, Cedar Crest, Soccer Field Road, Stoneridge, Storm King Road, and Center Drive.

Thursday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. – All streets east of Blake from 14th Street to Wal-Mart such as Hyland Park north and south, Lincolnwood, Palmer above 23rd Street, Glenwood Park, Hagar Lane, Park West, Park East, and Cardiff Glen.

Friday, 5-11 a.m. – Downtown commercial areas, Glen Avenue, and Grand Avenue.
