GSMS book makers thank Gran Farnum

Dear Editor,

On behalf of the seventh-graders at Glenwood Springs Middle School, I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful people at Gran Farnum Printing. Every year the seventh-graders at GSMS put what they have learned to work, and they write and illustrate their own books. Then they go through the entire publishing process including sewing their pages together, making a book jacket and laying out their finished pages. It is a huge project which results in amazing books the kids can keep forever.

The people at Gran Farnum have been helping us for years by donating the “chipboard” necessary to create the hard back covers for these books. Without their generosity and positive attitude about helping our students, the books would be much more difficult to complete.

Again, thank you to Gran Farnum Printing for encouraging and assisting our aspiring young authors. I suggest you stop by their shop the next time you need some print work done.
