GLENWOOD SPRINGS ” Glenwood Springs Police arrested a third juvenile suspect in connection with a burglary that happened Wednesday in the Veltus Park area near Red Mountain.

According to Police Chief Terry Wilson officers arrested a juvenile boy Thursday morning.

Police arrested another juvenile boy and a juvenile girl Wednesday afternoon after a homeowner called police when she entered her home and found the three juveniles ransacking her home, according to Wilson.

The three suspects are between the age of 15 and 17-years-of-age. No charges have been determined at this time, however, police believe that these three suspects may be involved in some, if not all, of six burglaries in the Veltus Park and West Glenwood areas since Feb. 18.

To clarify, the suspects were arrested on suspicion of burglary, not robbery as reported in an earlier story.
