Helen "Peg" Wheeler

Helen “Peg” Wheeler passed gently away on August 16, 2011; born October 15, 1923. She was an elegant and loving person who always made time for her family.

Skilled as designer, seamstress, and decorator, she was also an avid reader and enjoyed the beauty of her rose garden. Her husband Dick passed away 10 years ago.

She is survived by three daughters, Sandy (Bob) Boyd of Glenwood Springs, Diane Wheeler of Boulder City, Nevada, and Sue (Terry) Franks, with whom she had been living in Cody, Wyoming. She had six grandchildren, Donna and Steve Boyd, Rue and Bo Balcomb, and Sarah and Zach Bates, and eight great-grandchildren. Her beauty and love will always remain in the hearts of all who knew her. Private services are planned at a later date.
