Henry Grady Lowery

Henry Grady Lowery, 81, passed away peacefully January 4th, 2012, in Rifle, Colorado.

Henry was born in Atmore, Alabama, on January 21, 1930, to Winton Lowery and Florence (Lynch) Lowery. He had three brothers, Son, Bud, and Tom. He graduated in 1951 from Auburn University with a degree in Pharmacy. For over 40 years he dedicated his life to Pharmacy. He loved to dance and listen to music (especially Neil Diamond and John Denver). He loved socializing, bowling, and watching football (especially if Auburn was playing). He also loved to travel and took his family all over the U.S.

Henry is survived by his wife Candyce, son Matt, daughter Allison, son Gage, daughter Blair, stepson Mark, stepdaughter Erin, five grandchildren, and four stepgrandchildren. He is preceded in death by his first wife, of 37 years, Elinor (1988), daughter Amy Gwen (1955), and brothers Bud (2009) and Tom (2010).

A memorial service will be held at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Glenwood Springs, CO., on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, at 11 am.
