Cheer squad fundraiser

Enjoy community caroling with music provided by the Glenwood Springs High School band. This fundraiser will be located in the Glenwood Meadows shopping center on Dec. 15. As the band plays, Valley Dynamite All Star Cheer is going to be wrapping presents and serving hot cocoa and hot cider for donations. Proceeds will be used for the band’s college tour in the spring and the youth cheer group’s trip to the national competition coming up in April in Anaheim, Calif.

‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’

SoL Theatre and the Carbondale Council on the Arts and Humanities present “A Charlie Brown Christmas and The Little Star,” featuring a huge cast of youngsters and directed by Logan Carter and Jennifer Michaud. Mountain Madrigal Singers

The Mountain Madrigal Singers present a holiday concert, “Believe.” Final performance is at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15, all at the First United Methodist Church, 824 Cooper Ave., Glenwood Springs. The concert is free, donations are accepted. Child care is provided.

Christmas bazaar at Crystals

Crystals is hosting its annual Christmas bazaar from 9 a.m. to 2 pm. Saturday, Dec. 15, in the Rominger Room at Crystal Meadows Senior Housing, 1250 Hendrick Drive, Carbondale. The community is encouraged to stop by and enjoy the crafts.

Holiday piano music

Piano students of Annig Agemian Raley will perform Christmas music and holiday classics in the Hotel Colorado lobby from 4-5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16. Call 945-6511 for more information.

Make duct tape Christmas gifts

Teens are invited to make creative Christmas gifts using duct tape and their imaginations at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, at the Silt Branch Library, 680 Home Ave.

A Seussified Christmas Carol

Glenwood Springs High School Advanced Drama students present A Seussified Christmas Carol, an enchanting comedic one-act play that combines the charm of the Christmas spirit with the warmth and humor of Dr. Seuss starting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, at the Jeanne Miller Theatre at the high school. $5 suggested donation.
