Hospice patient’s ordeal reaches end
Marcia Haberman of Battlement Mesa, whom the Post Independent featured in a series on Roaring Fork Hospice, died at 11:45 a.m. Monday.
Marcia, who was 70, was diagnosed with cancer last summer. She and her family began working with Roaring Fork Hospice in February.
This week, the Post Independent will publish a story on Marcia’s passing and Roaring Fork Hospice’s role in helping her and her family through her transition.
