I-70 eastbound closed near Rulison for accident
Eastbound Interstate 70 is closed Thursday evening at mile marker 85 west of Rifle due to an accident.
According to a Garfield County alert sent a little after 6 p.m., the closure only affects the eastbound lanes. An alternate route of Rulison exit 81 to U.S. Highway 6 is in place, and traffic is still flowing.
