City/hometown: I was born in Denver and have lived on the Western Slope since 1954.Type of music played: JazzMusical background/education: I have a bachelor’s of science degree in business from the University of Colorado – Boulder. But I’ve trained all my life to be a musician. I have 10 years of classical piano training. Family information: wife, Carol, and four daughters. We lived in the valley for 25 years then went to Grand Junction. Now we’re in Battlement Mesa.
Places you’ve played: All over Colorado private parties and jazz festivals. I play every Tuesday at Buffalo Valley. We were at Sopris Restaurant for 20 years and I told Kurt (Wigger) I’d give him another 20 years. Best part about being a musician: Being creative and getting to know some incredible people. What do you do with your free time? Tennis, skiing, sailing, selling real estate
