James Loren Fulton

James Loren Fulton of Glenwood Springs died Saturday, Feb. 8, 2003, at Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs. He was 74.

Mr. Fulton was born May 12, 1928, at Woburn, Mass.

He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II and in the U.S. Army for two years during the Korean War.

He married Betty Diaz on Oct. 4, 1969, in Helper, Utah. She survives.

Mr. Fulton was an electronics mechanic. He worked for Interstate United of Denver for 20 years, and worked for Coca-Cola Co. in Glenwood Springs for 10 years.

Mr. Fulton lived in Glenwood Springs for the past 12 years.

A memorial service will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, 1010 Grand Ave. in Glenwood Springs, with the Rev. Cliff McMillan officiating.

Farnum-Holt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Stephen’s Building Fund, or the Diabetic or Heart associations.
