Janice Kay Adams

Janice Kay Adams of Carbondale died of cancer Monday, Aug. 19, 2002, at her home. She was 42.

She was born Aug. 27, 1959, at Monterrey Park, Calif., to Ruth Muriel Hamilton.

She married Rex Adams.

Mrs. Adams worked as a clerk at City Market.

She had a loving spirit and was generous, kind, unselfish, full-hearted and always had a positive attitude. She opened her arms to everyone.

She is survived by her husband, Rex Adams of Carbondale; by daughters Melissa Adams and Rebecca Adams, both of Carbondale; and by brothers Phil Andersen of Bellevue, Wash., and Jerry Andersen of Spokane, Wash.

A memorial service will be announced later.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Janice Adams memorial fund at Mesa National Bank of Carbondale.
