Kathryn Anne Amborn Walton

Kathryn Anne Amborn Walton of Carbondale died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003, at Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs. She was 44.

She was born July 13, 1959, in Salisbury, N.C., to Anne Correll and Frederick William Amborn Jr.

She was a member of the Carbondale Community United Methodist Church.



Ms. Walton is survived by a son, Joseph Frederick Walton of Oak Island, N.C.; by a daughter, Anna Marie Walton of Southport, N.C.; by a granddaughter, Christina Danielle Walton of Southport; by brothers and sisters-in-law Jack Correll and Ellen Amborn of Carthage, N.C., and Mary and Frederick William Amborn III of Carbondale; by a sister and brother-in-law, Alyce G. and Steve Baker of Phoenix; by a stepsister and stepbrother-in-law, Linda and Roger Lymann of Aurora; by a stepmother, Flora Amborn of Colorado Springs; and by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Carbondale Community United Methodist Church.



Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Colorado Springs.

Farnum-Holt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
