Kayler Rose Mock

Post Independent
Glenwood Springs, CO Colorado

Kayler Rose Mock, 3, of Parachute, Colorado, went to Heaven Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012 at Children’s Hospital in Aurora. Kayler was born on May 6, 2009 to Kyson Alan and Amanda Marie (Steele) Mock.

Kayler loved playing with the family’s two Great Danes. She had no fears, except for bugs. She was a “cuddle bug” and was very loving. Kayler’s heart was full of love and joy. She could light up a room with her presence. Her eyes were sparkling jewels. Kayler loved four-wheeling, camping, playing in the dirt, hanging out in the garage with daddy, and spending time with her sisters. Kayler was very much a “girly girl”.

Kayler is survived by her parents; two sisters, Rhiana Mathes and Rhiley Mathes; her grandparents, Dawn Marie Mock and Timothy Fowkes both of Parachute, Richard Mock of Brighton, Kevin and Lori Steele of Palisade and Karen and Curt McAtlin of Paton, Iowa; great-grandparents, Sally Mock, Joanne Fowkes, Jackie Steele, John and Juanita Davis and Sharon and Henry Johnson and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Marvin and Rosemary Helzer, William Mock, Stan Fowkes and Roger Steele.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kayler Mock Memorial Fund in care of Stoddard Funeral Home, 3205 West 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634.
