Keep your noise to yourself

Phillip M. Lopez

Dear Editor,

A lot of noise.

The controversy surrounding the inclusion of a large number of motorcycles in this year’s Independence Day celebration provides me with the opportunity to comment on a subject which concerns me.

1. You do not have a constitutional right to make noise.

2. What makes you think that I want to listen to your toy?

3. Loud pipes, loud music. It is all an act of disrespect directed at all of us.

4. You are rude, and I am happy to tell you so.

5. Think of someone other than yourself.

6. Local law enforcement, get off your asses and enforce the law.
