Lacinda Kay Sandberg Morrow

Lacinda Kay Sandberg Morrow joined the angels on July 14, 2005.

After a long journey she was called to the heavens from her home, surrounded by family and friends.

She will be missed by many, including her husband of 37 years, William S. Morrow, of Rifle; daughter Kimberly (Chris) Cross; grandchildren Layn Ryden and Marcy Cross, of Battlement Mesa; sisters Patricia Dowd, of Las Vegas, and Carolyn Collins, of Denver.

The family would like to thank her medical caregivers and Roaring Fork Hospice and all the close friends who were with her to the end. Thank you, and we love you.

There will be a celebration of her life at noon Saturday, July 23, at the family’s home at 955 County Road 293 in Rifle. Bring good memories, stories and pictures.

In lieu of flowers, make donations to the Cindy Morrow Medical Fund at Alpine Bank.
