Leigh Power, 40, passed away on Saturday at Aspen Valley Hospital after a valiant 19 month struggle with stomach cancer. Leigh was born in Dallas, Texas, daughter of Gary and Suzy Hutchison. She spent her childhood in Aspen and her teen years in Dallas. Leigh graduated from Highland Park High School and SMU in Dallas. After college she returned to her favorite town, Aspen. Leigh leaves her husband, Matthew, two children, Jack, 6, Tess ,3, and countless friends and family. She worked for 11 years at PE101 where her love of fashion and style contributed to her success.

Leigh will always be remembered for her love of family, her gentle heart, her strong determined spirit and her love of style and fashion.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 26th 11 a.m. at the Christ Episcopal Church, 536 W North St.

In lieu of flowers, tax deductible contributions can be made to the Christ Episcopal Church, Power family fund.
